From fondue, raclette and rösti to barbecuing prime cuts of meat and fresh seafood on table-top Charbonnade grills, we seek out the finest British produce from the UK’s leading suppliers, to create dishes that seamlessly blend the traditions of Swiss cooking with refined techniques. Our extensive wine list, divided by grape varietals, champions the finest wineries of the Alpine region. Alongside these fruit-driven, refreshing whites, we offer great classics and exciting vintages from Champagne, Burgundy and Bordeaux, as well as a number of New World wines. With many wines by the glass, there’s something to complement every dish.
Cocktail list will include Alpine selection of herbal, botanical, light in general cocktails to represent our connection to Alpine region & the Heritage selection of rich, full, strong in general cocktails to represent the atmosphere of the restaurant. Old fashion selection will be presented using different spirits like whiskey, rum, cognac, etc as well as Gin cocktail selection using different gins, garnishes, biters, etc.
